Arts and Crafts Fair Poster Contest

Design a poster to promote Sherborn’s 53rd Annual Arts & Crafts Fair! 

Eligibility

The contest is open to all. 

Entry Limit

Up to two posters per participant.

Entry Deadline

Entries must be submitted to the Friends of the Sherborn Library at sherborncraftfair@gmail.com by January 15, 2025.

Poster designs should contain:

Name: Sherborn Library Arts & Crafts Fair

Date: May 10, 2025

Time: 10 AM - 4 PM

Location: Sherborn Library

Designs incorporating the Sherborn community are encouraged. A small credit line with the artist’s name is allowed.

Submission Format

Poster can be horizontal or vertical, measuring 11” x 14″. Designs should be submitted to sherborncraftfair@gmail.com as a 300 dpi JPG or PDF. All posters must be original art. No trademarked or copyrighted images or phrases should be used.

Winners

One winner will be announced by March 1, 2025.

The winning poster design may be displayed at the Sherborn Library, and reproduced on the Friends of the Sherborn Library website (www.sherbornlibraryfriends.org) and on community social media channels. The poster may be sold during the Fair with proceeds benefiting the Friends of the Sherborn Library.

Rights

All winning entries become the property of the Friends of the Sherborn Library (FOTSL). Except as used by FOTSL, all artists will retain the rights to their work. Entry in the contest constitutes full permission to publish names and photos of winners without further compensation. The determination of eligibility of entries and any interpretation of these rules is at the sole discretion of FOTSL, and shall be final and binding upon all entries. By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these rules.
